What Truss does.

Truss is an all-in-one HR platform that helps growing companies hire, manage and pay talent in emerging markets quickly, compliantly and at a materially lower cost.

It focuses on Uzbekistan, Georgia and Kazakhstan, where skilled engineers are available without bidding against the global tech giants. AI handles sourcing, screening and matching. Full employer-of-record services and device procurement handle everything that happens after the yes.
